Building Successful Relationships

  1. Meet lots of people both for opportunity and clarity.

Some people try to find their significant other with three dates and a proposal. Allow time and exposure to find out what level of relationship will develop. Hone in on what you're really look for!

  2. Always create a safe and secure place for the other person.

Just because we have decided that someone will remain only as an acquaintance doesn't mean that we can break a trust that was created.

  1. Communicate honestly. Don't leave someone hanging or mislead them.

If you aren't going to pursue the relationship let them know. It might be a little uncomfortable to do that, however, it allows completion for both of you.

  1. Trust your intuition.

You don't need a reason in order to justify either pursuing or ending a relationship. In fact, using reason in that way often leads to a lack of authenticity - something that is essential in all rewarding relationships.

  1. There is never a good reason to put yourself at risk when getting to know someone.

Any suggestion to do that should intuitively tell you that the other person is not supporting you and might not do so in any relationship that might develop.
